I was pleased with my first visit and physical exam. Dr Johnson-Caldwell wanted to know my concerns and honestly advised me. I liked her positive attitude and personality too. I had to wait about 30 minutes before my exam but she was seeing patients so I didn’t mind. The atmosphere and reception personnel are very pleasant too.

The new office is spacious and bright and I can’t say enough about the staff all are professional, friendly and helpful.
I’m truly impressed with Dr. Caldwell and Dr. Campbell how they operate their practice, a warm, friendly and supportive environment. I’m truly happy I chose this practice after my previous Doctor retired.

The doctor is always nice, but needs to be up to date with patients care.
But the receptionists are never attentive to the patient always In various conversations with each other.
Never acknowledge the patient or the patients care. Very occupied with other things. Fees are being charged inaccurate. I just need them to make some simple adjustments in alignment with patient care and ownership of their job. We as patients don’t always feel well and we someone to care and that should be their main focus.
